The Japanese handset maker Sony has launched the Xperia M2 Dual smartphone in India. The Quad Core Smartphone is touted to be the successor of the already very popular Sony Xperia M device and comes with 4.8-inch display. The Smartphone has been priced at Rs. 21,990 ($363) and should be available in the market starting Friday, April 25.
Sony Xperia M2 Dual is a Dual Sim Smartphone which Sports a 4.8 inch qHD (540×960 pixels) display, powered by a 1.2GHz Quad Core Snapdragon 400 processor (MSM8926 for 4G LTE, MSM8226 for 3G) with Adreno 305 GPU and 1GB of RAM. it comes with 8GB of internal storage which is further expandable upto 32Gb with help of a microSD card. The smartphone also comes with a 8MP Rear Camera with LED flash and features like HDR, image stabilizer, digital zoom, 1080p video recording, ‘auto scene’ recognition and much more. The smartphone features a VGA front camera as well.
The Sony Xperia M2 has a 2300mAh battery under its hood and the handset will be available in same colors as Xperia M that are Black, White and Purple color.
